Brian represents individuals, families, and businesses in Rome and throughout Georgia in tax, corporate, litigation, estate and wealth planning, trust and other fiduciary issues, real estate, and land conservation matters including agricultural and working forest related holdings. He recognizes that legal needs are deeply connected to personal values and goals. Whether crafting strategic estate plans, guiding businesses through complex structures, navigating various stages of litigation in state and federal courts including the U.S. Tax Courts, or facilitating real estate transactions and land conservation efforts, Brian prioritizes understanding his clients’ unique perspectives to deliver tailored solutions. He finds particular fulfillment in helping families plan for the future, assisting business owners with seamless transitions, and providing strategic direction during challenging and complicated legal disputes in state and federal courts.

A Rome native, Brian’s commitment extends beyond his practice through active contributions to a host of church and community organizations. He actively contributes to the Rome community through Rome Rotary and the Rome Floyd Chamber, and is a member of the Board of Trustees of The Georgia Conservancy. He and his wife are proud parents of three teenagers.
